Luxuriosa Travels was founded by Sara Elsevier, a Certified Travel Associate through The Travel Institute, in partnership with Coastline Travel Advisors — a Virtuoso-affiliated agency accredited by IATA, ARC, and CLIA since 1968. We’re a young company with an established network behind us, and that’s exactly the point: you get Sara’s full, undivided attention, backed by decades of industry infrastructure.
