Sara Elsevier founded Luxuriosa Travels, LLC in 2026 with a straightforward goal: to give clients — individual travelers and businesses alike — the kind of attentive, personal travel planning that’s become harder to find.
Sara is a Certified Travel Associate (CTA), a designation awarded by The Travel Institute after coursework covering itinerary planning, travel insurance, customer service, and travel industry ethics. As a newly credentialed advisor, Sara brings fresh energy, close attention, and genuine enthusiasm to every itinerary — qualities that have a way of fading once an agency is juggling thousands of clients. Ours isn’t, yet. By design, it won’t be for a while.
We’d rather be honest about where we’re starting from than borrow a story that isn’t ours. What we can promise is full attention, careful listening, and a genuine investment in getting your trip — or your company’s travel program — right.

While Luxuriosa Travels is a new company, Sara doesn’t work in isolation. She partners with Coastline Travel Advisors, a Virtuoso-affiliated host agency accredited by IATA, ARC, and CLIA since 1968.
That partnership gives Luxuriosa clients access to preferred rates, room upgrades, and amenities across an extensive global network of hotel and cruise partners, along with the operational support of an agency with decades of industry relationships — even as Sara personally handles your planning, your questions, and your calls.
